By downloading, installing, or using the Sober Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sober Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their sobriety journey from alcohol and other substances. The App provides features including:

• Daily check-ins and streak tracking
• Milestone celebrations and achievements
• Motivational messages and reminders
• Progress statistics and insights
• Premium features (through subscription)

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Sober Tracker offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Pricing: Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the App and may vary by region

3.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by:

• iOS: Going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Going to Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trials allow you to try premium features before being charged. You may cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges. If you don't cancel, payment will be charged at the end of the trial period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies:

• Android: Google Play Refund Policy

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of sobriety tracking
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
• Not share your account credentials with others

6. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Sober Tracker is not a medical device or treatment. The App is designed for motivational and tracking purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding addiction treatment and recovery.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Trifoil Trailblazer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trifoil Trailblazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Trifoil Trailblazer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
