How many days have you been sober?
Use this free sobriety calculator to count your alcohol-free days, estimate your savings and find your next milestone.
How are sober days counted?
We count calendar dates from your start date through today in your local timezone, including both. Your start date is day one, as in the Sober Tracker app. This is a day counter, not a clock measuring full 24-hour periods.
Is 30 days the same as one month?
Not always. Calendar months have different lengths. The milestones here are fixed day counts: 1, 7, 30, 90, 180 and 365, followed by multiples of 365. Because your start date counts as day one, day 365 falls just before your calendar anniversary.
How is the money saved estimated?
Enter what you previously spent on alcohol on an average day and select its currency. We multiply that amount by your sober-day count. For example, 30 days at $5.00 per day gives an estimate of $150.00. Other spending changes are not included.
Can I continue in the app?
Yes. Sober Tracker lets you keep track of days, savings and milestones on iPhone and Android. Set the same start date in the app. Your entries on this page are not automatically transferred.
