Description of Service

Sober Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their sobriety journey. The app provides tracking, journaling, and motivational features to support recovery.

Medical Disclaimer

Sober Tracker is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The app is a supportive tool and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities that occur under your use of the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifoil Trailblazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Premium Subscription & Purchases

Sober Tracker offers optional premium features available through in-app purchases. Subscription plans (monthly and yearly) include a free trial period. The trial duration and subscription price are clearly displayed before purchase. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the stated price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. A lifetime purchase option is also available as a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Billing & Cancellation

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account. To cancel a subscription, open your device's App Store or Google Play settings, navigate to Subscriptions, select Sober Tracker, and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Free Trial Terms

Eligible users may receive a free trial when subscribing for the first time. The trial duration is displayed on the subscription screen before you confirm. During the trial, you have full access to all premium features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the displayed subscription price. You will only be charged after the trial period has fully elapsed. Each user is eligible for one free trial per subscription plan.
